What kind of products can I use with SiliBlend®?

SiliBlend® can be used to apply cream products or liquids, like concealer foundation, BB Creams, CC Creams.

How is SiliBlend® formulated?

We use only the highest quality silicone. Our products work well with sensitive skin and have not caused reactions with our customers.

Are products sold at any other retailers? 

No. You will find our products only at our online store.

How often do you restock?

We aim to restock every week, but restock dates vary depending on product availability.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. We haver a 14 days return policy. Please refer to our Returns & Refund policy.

Is this website secured?

Yes! We understand how important security is to you online, this is why we have partnered with Shopify and Paypal, the industry leaders, so you rest assured your order will be placed safely and securely.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, but by setting up an account, you become a member and have access to order and shipping information.

I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.

What method is used for shipping?

All packages are shipped via La Poste the national French postal service.

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

The processing time for orders is 2 business days. After that, delivery time within France is 2-3 business days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.

I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

All packages are shipped via La Poste. Items shipped outside of France may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by us. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from La Poste to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited France.
